Hi friend!

I’m a millennial mama powered by iced coffee (no matter the season), a never-ending to-do list, and the dream of someday finishing a TV show without falling asleep halfway through. I also strongly believe peppermint should be a flavor all winter long — not just during the holidays.

I was born and raised in Baltimore, took a Southern detour for undergrad in North Carolina, then headed back home to Baltimore to complete my master’s in counseling before returning to NC to continue my career as a school counselor. After having my son, my world shifted in the best way — and I realized I needed a career change that allowed me to better support my family while still helping others.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me chasing my little one around, trying to squeeze in a workout, reading whenever I get a quiet moment, baking healthier treats for my family, or getting outside for hikes and long walks with our dog. I’m fully embracing motherhood — chaos, laughter, messes, and all.

As a trained counselor, I know firsthand how overwhelming life (and running a business) can feel. That’s why as a virtual assistant, my goal is to lighten your load, bring calm to the chaos, and support you in a completely judgment-free way — so you can focus on what matters most.
